T-Bone Steaks with Cumin and Cinnamon
- Preheat the barbecue to maximum heat.
- Combine the spices and herbs in a small bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and sprinkle one portion on a large plate.
- Press both sides of a steak down firmly onto the mixture to coat it.Repeat for each steak. Barbecue the steaks for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a mixture of sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans and zucchini cooked together in foil.
