- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Combine honey, soy sauce and ginger in bowl. Reserve.
- Arrange fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and season to taste.
- Brush reserved sauce onto fillets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle fish fillets with green onions just before serving.
- Serve steamed broccoli and rice with the fish.
Suggestion for substitution:
This recipe can also be made with wolffish or sole.
