Grilled tomatoes, artichokes, and lemons
- Preheat barbecue to high. Grill lemon and artichokes about 7 minutes or until nicely marked. Grill tomato slices briefly, until hot and juicy but still firm.
- Line a large plate with lemon slices. Place tomato slices on top, then artichoke pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
