Turkey and Maple Fricassee
- In a large casserole, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions over a high heat.
- Add the turkey and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the maple syrup and let it caramelize for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Leave to simmer over a low heat for about 2 minutes.
