Warm Brie with pecan, cranberry and dark chocolate topping
- Preheat oven to 180oC (350oF)
- Place cheese in a baking dish.
- Combine maple syrup and amaretto. Reserve.
- Arrange pecans, dried cranberries and chocolate on cheese.
- Pour amaretto and maple syrup mixture over top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately, with slices of Compliments European baguette.
