Warm goat cheese and fig pinwheel
- Preheat the barbecue to 230°C (450°F) within.
- Create a pinwheel shape on a square piece of foil or in a heatproof ramekin, alternating 2 fig slices with one cheese slice.
- Pour maple syrup over the pinwheel.
- Sprinkle hazelnuts and thyme leaves over the pinwheel.
- Seal foil, creating a papillote.
- Place the papillote or ramekin on the upper barbecue grill and heat about 3 minutes or until the cheese begins to soften.
- Serve with croutons.
