- Beat cheese and cream together with a hand mixer until firm peaks form.
- Gently fold in yogurt and maple syrup, and mix until smooth. Reserve in the fridge.
- To serve, place a large dollop of cheese preparation in the centre of each bowl.
- Top with clementine chunks and garnish with granola.
