In Italy, this sauce packs a punch! Made of Italian tomatoes, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and crushed chili peppers. Pairs wonderfully with pasta, but also delicious in chilies and chicken cacciatore.

Our version of the classic rosé sauce. We start with slow-cooked Italian tomatoes, then add cream for a touch of smoothness and Pecorino cheese, butter, garlic, and herbs to give the sauce a rich texture and an authentic taste. To use without moderation in pastas, but also excellent for scalloped vegetables or mussels.
