Creamy yogurt coleslaw with apples

  • 750 mL (3 cups) shredded green cabbage (about ⅓ cabbage)
  • 750 mL (3 cups) shredded red cabbage (about ⅓ cabbage)
  • 2 Quebec apples, unpeeled and cut into 1-cm (3/8-in.) cubes
  • 1 container (283 g) Fontaine Santé Roasted Beets & Cranberries Greek Yogurt Dip
  • 125 mL (½ cup) coarsely chopped dried cranberries
  • 250 mL (1 cup) minced flat parsley
  • To taste, salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Season with salt and pepper and serve.
