Prosciutto chips

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Line up the prosciutto slices side by side being sure they don't touch. You can also thread slices of prosciutto onto wooden skewers.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute. (To cook in the microwave, place slices in a microwave-safe container.)
  • Serve prosciutto brochettes as hors-d’œuvres, and the chips in a salad or as garnish for soup.
